By all means, use Robin. Her knowledge and friendly approach to getting you signed up for whatever form of Medicare you desire was a pleasure. She is a great gal! She also follows up with you thru the whole process and afterward you can be a member of her group to follow up with changes that come each year with your type of Medicare plans you have chosen.
Response from the owner: Thank you, Kevin! It was a pleasure helping you and Sally through the Medicare process. We'll be talking soon about the changes to Medicare coming in 2025. I appreciate your kind words!

Robin Tefft is extremely knowledgeable about Medicare and especially the different kinds of supplemental insurances and how they fit with an individual’s own needs. Working in education, it is only natural that one would want to fully understand how Medicare works and their options in choosing a supplement insurance. Trust me it can be overwhelming. There are numerous plans out there, but Robin made it all so simple and effortless and fit me with the right plan for my current medical needs. I could go on and on, but bottom line, she is on top of her game and knows her stuff; a true professional. And, she doesn’t stop. After you are enrolled, she will reach out, each year, to review with you any new options that fit. Give Robin a call – You Will Be Glad You Did – I am! – Theresa L.
Response from the owner: Thank you for your kind words, Theresa! I certainly know how confusing Medicare can be...should you choose a Supplemental Medigap Plan, a Medicare Advantage Plan, and where the heck does the Part D come in? I'm happy I was able to help you. I'm always here if you need anything.
